Emerson" s Cascade CT2211 aerosol microleak detection system uses Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology to instananeously detect and reject leaking cans moving down the production line at a rate of up to 220 cans per minute. Installed directly online without disrupting the production process, the CT2211 can detect a wide range of propellants including LPG, R134a, CO2, N2O, and DME.
