Managers, engineers, and operators stay connected to real-time values, trends, alarms, and KPIs from the plant floor, an office, or off-site, with filtering that puts the right information in front of the right people.

A remote session puts you on a workstation, which means opening the control system to remote access and taking on that risk. DeltaV Mobile is a read-only extension of DeltaV, so there is no write access to expose. Watch lists can mix DeltaV and non-DeltaV information, and custom alerts can be triggered from either.

Most notification tools tell you something happened. DeltaV Mobile delivers the same detailed alarm message an operator sees, with state, priority, relevant process trends, and recommended actions through DeltaV Alarm Help where it is configured. The person receiving it can decide what to do without first tracking down context.

Alarms and custom alerts escalate to designated recipients in turn. If no one claims the alarm in the app, the chain continues to the next person, so critical conditions do not sit unacknowledged.
