Liebert, an Emerson Network Power business, the world leader in mission critical power and cooling technology currently is seeking an Associate Service Sales Representative located in Austin, Texas.
Essential Functions Include:
Contract Sales:
· Direct sale of renewal maintenance agreements (including new equipment when added), new contracts coming out of warranty, and conversion of existing third party service agreements to Liebert Services as outlined in established individual territories and quotas.
· Prepare and process individual service contract proposals and provide assistance to equipment sales reps for quoting service contracts to be sold concurrently with Liebert UPS and Power equipment.
· Achieve progressively increasing closure rates on renewal contracts, and warranty / installed base opportunities where they exist on renewal contracts.
· Follow-up with all accounts to (1) identify and overcome objections, generating revised proposals as necessary; and (2) ensure the level of support they are receiving meets or exceeds their expectations.
· Auto-renew all contracts that meet pre-established criteria set by management.
· Utilize contract system to track individual expiring warranty and renewal opportunities.
· Approve contracts and process contract cancellations with input to Accounting and management.
· Work with FDO and Regional team members to develop revenue, process contracts, provide customer service and maintain the accuracy and data integrity in the contract management system.
· Define customer contact and verify customer equipment, level of service and billing information.
· Prepare presentations for FDO Operations Meetings and present the service contract sales
Office Management:
· Manage all office accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll reporting (time/vacation sheets), monitoring expense budgets, etc.
· Support sales in reporting and forecasting, record keeping, coordination of Ops Review Meetings, preparation of customer proposals, etc.
· Monitor building lease agreements and arrange building maintenance and repair.
· Manage contract cleaning and maintenance activities. Maintain Professional office appearance.
· Provide monthly activity and production reports.
· General Administrative Duties: purchase office supplies/services; maintain up-to-date literature library, resolve issues pertaining to computers, phone system and office equipment; etc.
· Plan and organize customer seminars/events including Lunch-and-Learn Meetings.
· Act as a primary collection point for leads generated by Field associates.
· Special projects as assigned.
