Emerson in North America 

Emerson has more than 43,000 employees and manufacturing facilities at 110 locations across North America (U.S. and Canada).  North America is Emerson’s largest market and all of our businesses have a major presence in the United States. Customers in North America accounted for $11.7 billion, of company sales, or 52 percent, in fiscal 2007 (the United States accounted for 48 percent of global sales in 2007). Emerson maintains its global corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, where the company was founded in 1890.
