New Product Momentum
Emerson’s commitment to innovation is reflected in the growth of our new product introductions and patents. In the 2000-2002 timeframe Emerson introduced 265 major new products; in 2004-2006 we brought to market 577 major new products – an increase of 118 percent. In 2001, Emerson engineers received 224 patents; in 2006 our engineers were awarded 545 patents.
