ST. LOUIS, February 7, 2006 – The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-four and one-half cents ($0.445) per share of common stock payable March 10, 2006, to stockholders of record February 17, 2006.
