ST. LOUIS August 7, 2007-- The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-six and one-quarter cents ($0.2625) per share of common stock payable September 10, 2007, to stockholders of record August 17, 2007.
