Emerson Declares Dividend 

ST. LOUIS, February 3, 2009 -- The board of directors of Emerson today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of thirty-three cents ($0.33) per share of common stock payable March 10, 2009, to stockholders of record February 13, 2009.
