ST. LOUIS, August 4, 2009 -- The board of directors of Emerson
(NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of thirty-three cents ($0.33) per share of common stock payable September 10, 2009, to stockholders of record August 14, 2009.
