Columbus, Ohio [July 16, 2008] – Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR) and the global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity™, today hosted state and local dignitaries and Emerson associates to celebrate the groundbreaking for the Liebert Learning Center located at 530 Westar Boulevard in Westerville, Ohio.
According to Liebert Services President Frank Bibens, the 69,965-square-foot building to be constructed on about five acres at 530 Westar Blvd., will be a learning center for Liebert customers and employees. The center provides training for more than 1,800 students per year. It will be located just south of the existing Emerson Network Power office building at 610 Executive Campus Drive.
"The new building will be used to educate our customer engineers, customers and partners on the latest technical innovations and operations and maintenance techniques for our industry leading Liebert mission-critical power and cooling equipment," said Bibens.
