Frank J. Dellaquila was elected senior vice president and chief financial officer in February 2010 and is responsible for Emerson’s global financial operations. He previously served as senior vice president of finance and controller, overseeing the accounting, tax and treasury functions.
Dellaquila joined Emerson in 1991 as vice president and treasurer, a position he held until 2000 when he became senior vice president of finance and CFO for Emerson’s Motors and Appliance Components business. In 2004, Dellaquila was named senior vice president of acquisitions and development for Emerson until his promotion to senior vice president of finance and controller in 2009.
Prior to joining Emerson, Dellaquila held senior financial positions for other multinational firms.
Dellaquila is a trustee on the regional board of Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, and also serves on the investment advisory committee of the Greater St. Louis Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. He also has served on the board of the St. Louis Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Dellaquila received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fordham University and a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University.
