Community Giving Report 2007 

During fiscal 2007, Emerson contributed $26.7 million to 2,500 charities and nonprofit organizations across the United States, including educational and cultural institutions. Excerpts from the 2007 report are provided below.

Education
In fiscal 2007, Emerson and the Emerson Charitable Trust gave more than $7.7 million to 733 educational organizations and institutions. The lives we touched this year include:

Health & Human Services
In fiscal 2007, Emerson and the Emerson Charitable Trust donated more than $8.6 million to 935 different organizations caring for the health and welfare of others. The lives we touched this year include:

Arts and Culture
In fiscal 2007, Emerson and the Emerson Charitable Trust contributed more than $6.2 million to 242 arts and cultural organizations across the United States. The lives we touched this year include:

Civic
In fiscal 2007, Emerson and the Emerson Charitable Trust gave nearly $2 million in grants and donations to 244 civic organizations and civic-related activities. The lives we touched this year include:

Youth
