Capital Lease ($1 Purchase Option Lease)
Similar to a loan, you are considered the owner of the equipment , make monthly payments, and may be able to take advantage of tax benefits such as interest deductions and depreciation.

Operating Lease / Fair Market Value (FMV) Lease
You're not considered the owner of the equipment, so you're not allowed the tax benefit of depreciation. The lessor will depreciate the equipment which may lower your monthly payments. When the lease ends, you can return the equipment, continue to lease month by month, or purchase it at fair market value.

APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Please provide all documentation listed below in order for Emerson Global Finance to initiate timely processing of your application and determine creditworthiness.
For Purchases of Less Than US $50,000
For Purchases of More Than US $50,000
- Complete Emerson Financing Application (click to download application form and save to your computer).
- Provide list and cost of equipment to be purchased.
- Provide last three fiscal year-end financial statements (not required for publicly-traded companies).
- Provide interim financial statement, with prior year comparison (if more than six months into the year).
- Partnership and LLC's must provide partnership agreement or membership agreement.
