Our systems provide fast, trouble-free upgrades for the original systems and have been proven on Alstom design turbines including the latest F class units. Emerson is also the Original Equipment (OEM) supplier to Ansaldo Energia for new build GT26 and GT36 advanced class gas turbines.
Emerson provides field-proven retrofits for Procontrol/Blueline/Advant (Egatrol) and Alspa ControGas on all versions of Alstom GT11N and GT13E, including LowEV units. Ovation eliminates support and obsolescence issues, and provides modern, easy-to-use controls with built-in diagnostics, auto-calibration and maintenance features. Ovation has integrated governor, sequencer, and turbine protection. Integrated excitation and vibration protection are also available. Emerson also offers upgrades for older EHC converters.

As OEM for this fleet, Ansaldo has chosen Ovation for new build GT26 and GT36 and retrofits of existing GT26 fleet. Ovation ensures high reliability and full lifecycle support over the life of the asset and provides a modern, easy-to-use control system with built-in diagnostic, auto-calibration and maintenance features. Ovation has integrated governor, sequencer, and turbine protection up to SIL3 level with integrated excitation and vibration protection available as options.
