What to Expect When Applying for an IT Career

Careers in Information Technology support mission-critical work that ensures both our colleagues and customers can do their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our ideal candidates will be ready to contribute from day one. Here’s what you need to know.

Is there a coding test or specific certification I need to acquire in order to be hired?

Certification and testing requirements are dependent on several factors, such as location and job position. Generally, entry level skill assessment tests are not required.

What programming or database languages do I need to know?

We are a Fortune 500 company supporting different businesses with different legacy systems and new cloud-based architectures. A strong background in .NET, C#, Java and mySQL (or similar) is recommended.

What are your policies on working remotely?

Our work-from-home policies vary, depending on job location and position. The majority of our United States positions allow you to work-from-home three days a week unless the job requires on-site support.

What type of travel is expected?

Expected travel varies depending on the job position and location.
