Our technological innovations address sustainability challenges and improve productivity, energy security and reliability for the world’s most essential industries. Our workforce development initiatives offer training solutions for companies and customers to improve skills and adapt to new technologies. We’re cultivating the next generation of critical thinkers by promoting STEM programs, partnering with hundreds of universities and colleges to provide relevant curriculum, products and training, and pledging $200 million over the next 10 years to organizations that address education inequity. And across our sites in 150 countries, Emerson’s Employee Resource Groups are engaging in charitable and goodwill outreach efforts in their local communities.

In 2022, Emerson and the Emerson Charitable Trust made contributions totaling nearly $24 million to more than 1,100 charities, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. 

Emerson’s Safety and Productivity business has partnered with the University of Wisconsin-Stout through a sponsored Industrial Design Studio that enables students to gain real-world experience, from research to final design solutions.  

In response to the crisis in Ukraine, employees at Emerson’s Saint Priest site in France, the company’s Warsaw site in Poland and in Cluj, Romania organised humanitarian campaigns to assist refugees and affected colleagues.

As part of the group’s 2022 charitable giving campaign, Emerson’s Women’s Impact Network awarded five charitable organisations with financial donations to assist ongoing efforts.
