Emerson’s Resident Engineer Program provides you with in-house, contract engineers for daily operation management. This service gives you the onsite expertise you need without adding to your permanent workforce.
Contract engineers—when you need them—with the appropriate experience and skill sets are hard to find. Use Emerson’s Resident Engineer Program to have a contract, system-trained engineer in your plant. This engineer can be responsible for the tasks you need support with—and for a varying length of time.
Increase onsite expertise: Resident engineers are pre-qualified to meet or exceed Emerson’s standards of excellence. Their skills include Syncade system troubleshooting, ongoing configuration changes, and integrating day-to-day system management. These engineers receive training from the Emerson Global Service Center to gain the in-depth skill and knowledge necessary to solve issues of varying complexity. They will collaborate with your staff to resolve issues and improve production.
Accessible support to maintain reliability and availability: Your resident engineer serves as your site’s primary Emerson contact for resolution of Syncade system issues, providing configuration changes as needed, and troubleshooting system and field issues--keeping the system at its highest reliability and availability.
