Use Emerson’s Resident Engineer Program to have a contract, system-trained engineer in your plant. This engineer can be responsible for the tasks you need support with—and for a varying length of time.
Increase onsite expertise: Resident engineers are pre-qualified to meet or exceed Emerson’s standards of excellence. Their skills include Syncade system troubleshooting, ongoing configuration changes, and integrating day-to-day system management. These engineers receive training from the Emerson Global Service Center to gain the in-depth skill and knowledge necessary to solve issues of varying complexity. They will collaborate with your staff to resolve issues and improve production.
Accessible support to maintain reliability and availability: Your resident engineer serves as your site’s primary Emerson contact for resolution of Syncade system issues, providing configuration changes as needed, and troubleshooting system and field issues--keeping the system at its highest reliability and availability.
