When remote support cannot solve a critical product issue, a factory–trained and certified Emerson field service engineer will be dispatched to your plant on a priority basis. The immediate availability of our experts can help you to reduce or eliminate downtime and unplanned outages; especially when response time is critical. Service contracts can be customized based on your business needs and the age, complexity, and performance history of your system.

In order to eliminate unplanned costs, we assist you in determining a suitable number of emergency site visits for inclusion in your contract. With emergency visits covered under a fixed contract fee, the difficulties of budgeting for unplanned emergency services are virtually eliminated. And as an Emerson customer, you’re able to receive priority field service response from service engineers who are the most familiar with your system.

Our Emergency On–Site Support services include, emergency on–site service covered under a single, fixed fee, priority response of field engineering over non-contract customers, and assurance that if we can’t resolve an issue via telephone support, a field engineer will be dispatched to the plant site as soon as possible.
