Emerson Declares Dividend

ST. LOUIS, February 3, 2015 – The board of directors of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-seven cents ($0.47) per share of common stock payable March 10, 2015, to stockholders of record February 13, 2015.
