Better Performing Hydrocyclones With Reliable Feed Isolation

Hydrocyclones separate and classify fine and coarse materials prior to flotation. Fines, or right sized particles, pass through the top of the hydrocyclone (vortex) for processing, while heavier solids discharge though the bottom of the hydrocyclone (apex) and back to regrind or directly to tailings. Isolating the hydrocyclone feed allows the system to maintain pressure, volume and separation.
