What is Emerson New Grad Program?
Our New Grad Program is an extended introductory program for you who just graduated or have a maximum of one-year work experience. The introductory program includes a year packed with activities that aim to give you a broad network and a deeper understanding of Emerson. Alongside the program you will be working at your department with real assignments and responsibilities from day one. After the program, you will keep your network and you will have received inspiration for your further development, which makes you well prepared for an exciting career with us.
