  • Die einteilige Klappenwelle in schlanker Bauform ermöglicht eine strömungsgünstige Konstruktion und somit hohe Durchflusswerte, niedrigen Druckabfall und optimale Regeleigenschaften.
  • Die gerundete und polierte Klappenblatt-Dichtleiste bietet eine volle konzentrische Abdichtung, eine Reduzierung der Drehmomente, eine erhöhte Standzeit und einen dichten Abschluss.
  • Das weichdichtende Klappenblatt mit drei Funktionen isoliert Gehäuse und Klappenwelle vom Medium, sorgt für einen tropfdichten Abschluss des Mediums bei vollem Nenndruck und bietet eine sichere Abdichtung der Flansche, sodass keine zusätzlichen Flanschdichtungen erforderlich sind.
  • Die robuste und korrosionsbeständige obere Lagerschale minimiert die Reibung, nimmt die vom Antrieb ausgehenden Kräfte auf und verlängert die Lebensdauer der Armatur.
  • Die bidirektionalen, selbstjustierenden Wellendichtungen mit Doppel-V-Profil verhindern das Eindringen von Fremdstoffen in die Absperrklappe.
  • Das geteilte Gehäuse ermöglicht den einfachen Austausch von Sitzring und Klappenblatt/-welle vor Ort und die direkte Montage von Keystone-Antrieben ohne zusätzliche Kupplungen und Montagekonsolen.
