Product Description

Branson's 40MA is a compact type ultrasonic metal spot welder. It is equipped with a "nodal support mechanism" that maintains parallelism of the anvil during joining by supporting the nodes of the horn with a special vibrating body block to maintain stable joining. The actuator is also available as a stand-alone unit for installation on automatic machines.

  • Digital amplitude control - Amplitude can be set within a fine range of 10 % to 100 %.
  • Amplitude stepping - Amplitude is changed during welding according to various conditions such as time.
  • Alarm message - alarm notification in case of no set result.
