Compact, robust, and easy-to-use electric actuator engineered for quarter-turn valves (ball, butterfly, plug, and others), offering reliable and safe operation, a lightweight design, and enhanced corrosion protection for long-lasting performance.

Features

  • Manual Lever: Open and close capabilities via hand ever (HQ-004)
  • Manual Push Button: Used to engage the manual lever
  • LED Indicators Fully: Open-red and fully closed-green (HQ-004)
  • Mechanical Dial: Position Indicator Large window displays continuous valve position
  • Limit Switches: 4 limit switches: 2 dedicated switches, 2 volt-free contacts for customer use.
  • Terminal Block Color: Coded for easy identification
  • Heater: 2 watt heater to prevent condensation (HQ-006)
  • Captive Cover Bolts: For ease of installation and service
  • Manual Override: M6 hexagon socket used for manual operation (HQ-006)
