The AVENTICS Series RTC rodless cylinders offer optimized stroke length in a compact size. The unique oval piston shape and one-piece slide/piston unit are just two characteristic features of RTC Series rodless cylinders besides their many common equipment options. They are available in four variants: as a basic version, slide bearing, compact guide and heavy duty versions for large loads. With different key strengths, they cover a large range of movements and positions. This saves space and facilitates machine design. The range of applications extends from piston diameters of 16 mm up to 80 mm and stroke lengths up to 9900 mm. The cylinders feature extreme repeatability and cover a large speed range from 0.01 m/s to >20 m/s.

The AVENTICS Series AES fieldbus connection can be integrated into all AVENTICS fieldbus-compatible valve systems or can also be configured as a stand-alone solution. AES connects your AVENTICS valve system to all relevant fieldbus protocols and offers the integration of I/O-modules and enables optimized decentralized wiring of sensors. The integration of the Digital Twin enables users to be IIoT ready and use the AES to solve their interoperability challenges.

The AVENTICS Series CCI (ISO 21287) cylinders stand for innovative, compact construction and an easy to clean design. The Series CCI (ISO 21287) is ideal for long strokes and increased requirements for optimized cycle times and moving masses. The sensors can be installed quickly and easily on all sides and over the entire cylinder lengths.

The AVENTICS Series PRA (ISO 15552) cylinders have a compact design profile with integrated sensor slots. The Series PRA (ISO 15552) cylinders can be used for all industries. This includes general automation technology, machine and systems construction, as well as specific industry applications.

AVENTICS Series FSR As is a universal gripper with round flat suction cups making it the right choice for many standard applications with level, flat workpieces. It is available in a wide range of sizes up to diameters of 300 mm, and in different materials.
The AVENTICS Series UPG is a 2-finger parallel gripper characterized by its high gripping forces, precision, and exact movement of the clamping jaws. They can be selected based on the application requirements and flexibly equipped with object-specific gripper fingers.

The AVENTICS Series 652 is an easy-to-install line of pneumatic filters, regulators and lubricators (FRLs) that offer the industry´s highest flow rates and widest temperature ratings. Available in 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, and 1/2-inch port sizes, these FRLs are ideal for automotive and tire, packaging, food and beverage, and process applications requiring highly reliable operation and robust, modern-looking equipment. Available with integrated redundant safe exhaust valve and IIoT enabled air flow sensor.

- Extended high- and low-temperature capabilities (-40° C to 80° C) allow the FRLs to be specified across a broad range of applications, including those within harsh environments.
