ASCO™ DPT P151 Controller

Product Description

The ASCO Series DPT P151 is a modular control system designed specifically to provide efficient and reliable pulse-jet filter cleaning control that helps to optimize the performance and uptime of filtration and dust collector systems. Application-specific control algorithms combined with advanced electronics enables the P151 controller to maintain stable differential pressure and dust extraction velocity, ensuring consistent cleaning performance and reduced energy use. The P151 also integrates measurement and analysis of differential pressure, particulate, header pressure, pulse counts and run time. This enables detection of problematic pulse diaphragms, solenoids and filter leaks. Condition monitoring and actionable diagnostics help to reduce maintenance rounds and costs, automate regulatory operations and maintenance inspection requirements, and prevent unforeseen downtime.
