This service is an option available to Guardian Support for Syncade subscribers and ensures your ERP interface is developed and released using the same standards as the core Syncade product.
Maximize manufacturing availability: Extended Interface Support will provide you access to fast expert examination and analysis of your Syncade software via remote connection.
Minimize maintenance costs: Extended Interface Support offers 24x7x365 access to technical support and a support website for service information and product updates. Once the interface components have been submitted to your Extended Interfaces library, maintenance is assumed by Emerson.
Improved responsiveness and productivity: Software updates are provided via download from a customer portal website. Applying these updates to your custom interface will help ensure that your application remains viable and functionally robust.
Reduce risk with impact assessment reports: Customers receive impact assessment reports for their components whenever a new Syncade product update occurs. This provides guidance on the testing and needs for your custom components and can reduce the validation work required to install new product updates.
