Customer representatives from all over the world visit Emerson’s factory in Ede, The Netherlands, to inspect ordered instruments prior to delivery. Traditionally, this task was handled in person, however, Emerson has implemented a new system that allows the review process to be conducted digitally.
Emerson's service personnel are virtually assessing instruments in Ede, The Netherlands, using a broadcast platform which enables live customer interactions to inspect the quality, technical specifications and quantity of their order prior to delivery.
