Product Description

The Branson VDX452P Vapor Deposition System is used for the coating of parts using a dry film lubrication process. It is the newest generation of B Series Solvent Degreaser products using this sophisticated technology for a variety of customer applications. System comes equipped with a dual axis lift mechanism that allows the deposition process to be automated for consistent results.

Features

  • Branson VDX452P is used to apply a PTFE based film lubricant. It combines a plastic-safe, non-flammable, ozone-safe hydrofluorocarbon carrier with a dry PTFE based film
  • The VDX452P is a completely self-contained unit and requires only connection to electrical power, air, and solvent to become operational
  • Equipped with Dual Axis Lift Mechanism to support automation of coating process.
  • Freeboard ratio of 100% to minimize diffusion losses due to drafts
  • Primary refrigerated condensing coil to efficiently condense the bulk of the solvent vapors prior to reaching the sub-zero condenser
  • Captured sliding cover to eliminate drafts and minimize solvent loss during periods of inactivity
  • Under liquid sparger for PTFE agitation / mixing
  • Seal-less magnetic drive recirculation pump with stainless steel plumbing
