The Flexim FLUXUS F731 WD non-intrusive ultrasonic flow meter is the perfect flow measurement solution for drinking water and wastewater applications. It enables a very simple and cost-effective clamp-on installation of flow measurement points within an existing water supply and wastewater infrastructure. The Flexim FLUXUS F731 WD belongs to the most reliable and accurate non-intrusive ultrasonic flow metering systems. It even measures flow velocities as low as 0.01 m/s (0.03 ft/s) – ideal for leak detection and night flow measurements. Thanks to permanent coupling of the transducers onto the pipe and the IP68 protection, it is suitable for installations in chambers and for buried or flooded installations. Compared to the F532 WD, the F731 WD serves pipes with diameters of over 2000 mm (79 in), offers dual channel measurements and comprehensive communication combinations.

The Flexim FLUXUS G601 portable clamp-on ultrasonic gas flow meter measures the flow of virtually any gas using our proven transit-time correlation technique. The ultrasonic transducers are simply clamped onto the outside of the pipe, meaning no cutting into the pipe or process interruption is required for installation. This highly accurate flow meter for use in hazardous areas allows for accurate readings, allowing for an inherently bi-directional gas flow measurement of operational and standard volume flows. As the transducers are mounted on the outside of the pipe wall, the system does not suffer from wear and tear or clogging, can’t be a risk for leaks and will not cause any pressure drops inside the pipe.
