Emerson Declares Dividend

ST. LOUIS, May 2, 2017 – The board of directors of Emerson(NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-eight cents ($0.48) per share of common stock payable June 9, 2017, to stockholders of record May 12, 2017.
