Rosemount-P-3415 4+1 Dual-Configure Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Rosemount™ 3415 4+1 Dual-Configuration Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Product Description

Designed to minimize fiscal measurement uncertainty, the Rosemount 3415 4+1 Ultrasonic Flow Meter combines the power and performance of a field-proven Rosemount four-path chordal, British Gas-design meter (certified to OIML R137 1&2 Accuracy Class 0.5) with a one-path, reflective check meter in a single body. The reflective path increases sensitivity to costly buildup on pipeline walls, enabling operators to take necessary action before measurement is adversely impacted. The meter is equipped with ultra-fast 3410 Series Electronics that generate a wealth of predictive diagnostics displayed via MeterLink™ Software, providing a wealth of flow intelligence to help expedite identification of costly process upsets.

Features

  • Detect buildup on pipeline walls in real time with sensitive 30°, single reflective path
  • Patented transducer synchronization method ensures the flow meter’s electronics provide the highest sampling rates possible without cross-interference.
  • Avoid common mode errors with chordal and reflective paths that work in unison
  • Reduce measurement uncertainty with process alerts for wall buildup, liquids, blockage and deviating gas quality
  • Speed issue resolution with 3D view of the flow profile that indicates swirl, crossflow, asymmetry and turbulence
  • Reduce manual errors with automatic calculations of AGA 8 Compressibility and AGA 10 Speed of Sound
  • Increase I/O with new Type 4 CPU Module with up to six frequency or digital outputs
  • Significantly reduce time previous spent on data analysis and troubleshooting with the new Smart Meter Verification Basic feature now included in the latest 3410 Electronics firmware update
