How It Works
The Coriolis transmitter converts raw sensor data to mass flow measurement, density, and temperature, and calculates derived variables such as volume flow rate, flow totals and concentration measurement. It then translates process variables into an output signal useful for process control. The Micro Motion™ 4700 Coriolis Transmitter also provides an optional local display to monitor and control the meter, plus many other features such as Smart Meter Verification™ and Data Historian.
Integral Mount Adapter
If Coriolis is already a part of your process, upgrading to the Micro Motion 4700 is seamless. Emerson's integral mount adapter provides a cost-efficient migration path, allowing you to benefit from all the advanced features of the 4700 without the need to replace your entire meter. Emerson's Lifecycle Services team can help with migration efforts if needed.
