Emerson’s flexible DeltaV™ PipelineManager™ Software for Batch Tracking enables operators to efficiently track batches using hydraulic modeling and/or commercial properties. Three modules are available to meet your unique operational requirements. These modules can operate independently but integrating all three delivers greater operational efficiencies while improving drag-reducing agent (DRA) usage and scraper management.
- Hydraulic Batch Tracking Module uses our real-time transient modeling (RTTM) technology to ensure accurate modeling of pipeline hydraulic properties, enabling accurate prediction of batch arrival times, continuous monitoring of inventory in real time, and contamination prevention between batches

- Scraper Module enables operators to track different types of scrapers within a pipeline system and reports the estimated time of arrival for each one, enabling a faster restart after maintenance
