FB2100 Single-Run Field Mount Flow Computer for Gas and Liquids
The FB2100 Flow Computer is a cost-effective, low-power, field-mount device that measures and monitors gas and liquids flow for a differential pressure or linear meter run. It is designed for simple configuration and ease of use and is an ideal solution for metering applications where control is not required. The FB2100 model provides a full audit trail, including enhanced history, alarm and event logs. The I/O options can be as simple as a single discrete output (DO) for driving an odorizer or can be expanded to give two user configurable analog (AI or AO) channels and two user configurable discrete (DI, DO or PI) channels. To ensure safety, the FB2100 model can also be equipped with optional Wi-Fi connectivity that allows field personnel to configure the flow computer and retrieve data from outside of the hazardous area. FB2200 Multi-Run Field Mount Flow Computer for Gas and Liquids
The FB2200 Flow Computer delivers greater flexibility, when compared to our FB2100 model, with the ability to measure and control gas and liquids flow for up to two differential pressure or linear meter runs. Its rugged housing and multiple I/O, communications, and power options make the FB2200 model an ideal choice for accurate and reliable flow measurement in the harshest conditions. Designed for simplified set-up and ease of use, it is highly configurable and supports flow and fluid property calculations right out of the box. PID control for flow and/or pressure can also be easily configured. To ensure safety, the FB2200 model can also be equipped with optional Wi-fi connectivity that allows field personnel to configure the flow computer and retrieve data from outside of the hazardous area. DeltaV FBxConnect Configuration Software
DeltaV FBxConnect Configuration Software is a Microsoft® Windows® based program that enables users to easily configure, monitor, service and calibrate FB1000 and FB2000 Series Flow Computers and the DeltaV FB3000 RTU. The Credential Management Tool within the software also allows usernames and passwords to be simultaneously reset on multiple devices to ensure a more cybersecure environment and improve compliance with TSA directives. Designed for ease of use, DeltaV FBxConnect Configuration Software provides at-a-glance monitoring, quick access to commonly performed tasks, and configuration wizards to enable users to quickly deploy our devices. An intuitive, ribbon-based menu system allows users to effortlessly navigate to the configuration screens during setup. In addition, the software offers extensive dropdown menus, radio buttons, and software-selectable I/O and communications to further expedite setup and reduce the likelihood of errors. A global suite of calculations and engineering units are also selectable in the software, ensuring users have a comprehensive tool that serves a range of operational requirements. To further streamline configuration and maintenance, our Field Tools utility has been renamed Launchpad and is now part of DeltaV FBxConnect. Users simply navigate to DeltaV FBxConnect Launchpad (the new name for Field Tools) within DeltaV FBxConnect to access additional Emerson software tools, including ROCLINK™ 800, ControlWave™ DeltaV FBxDesigner™ Programming Software and more.
