The Rosemount 848T Temperature Transmitter delivers a best-in-class solution for high density temperature measurement applications, available with either FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus or WirelessHART® protocol. It is the ideal transmitter for obtaining several temperature measurements in close proximity to each other, which reduces operational costs and simplifies installation. Engineered with Emerson’s Measurement Validation diagnostic on the FOUNDATION Fieldbus device, this transmitter helps you predict on-scale failures and avoid unnecessary shutdowns, increasing safety and productivity. Additionally, the field-hardened enclosure on the wireless device allows for installation close to any process, even in hazardous areas.
