Unique wedge design provides accurate flow measurement
Highly viscous applications are typically difficult to measure with traditional flow technology. The wedge meter with a flush flange seal design allows a Rosemount 3051S transmitter to accurately measure these challenging flows without fluid plugging impulse lines. The symmetrical wedge element also allows bi-directional flow to be measured, so users can monitor reverse flow with ease.
