Monitor Safety Shower Water Temperature Without Manual Rounds
Safety showers play a critical role in protecting plant personnel that have been exposed to hazardous chemicals. Ensuring the water in each safety shower is within the appropriate temperature range is crucial and is required to meet ANSI compliance standards. Historically, manual rounds have been utilized to test the water temperature. The Rosemount™ Synchros™ Temperature Monitor provides an easy to install, cost-effective, and efficient way to wirelessly monitor the water temperature without the need for manual rounds. When used with the Plantweb Insight™ Asset View Application, this device can be configured to provide an alert when the water temperature falls outside of your specified range.
