Convenient flow monitoring of leaching solutions
Leaching is the critical preparation of ore for metal extraction. It is important to ensure the proper flow of leach solution so that the ore is sufficiently leached, while at the same time, chemicals are efficiently utilized and the environment is protected.
Three key flow types are well-suited for ultrasonic measurement, accommodating pipes of any size while providing mass flow and concentration data from a single meter:
- Barren leaching solution (BLS)
- Intermediate leaching solution (ILS)
- Pregnant leaching solution (PLS).
