Rosemount™ CT5100-X1-C Continuous Gas Analyzer

A laser gas analyzer with an inbuilt sample handling system (SHS), developed for process gas analysis and emissions monitoring in corrosive gas streams where cold spots must be completely eliminated.

Emerson's Rosemount CT5100-X1-C Continuous Gas Analyzer is a laser gas analyzer with an inbuilt sample handling system (SHS), developed for process gas analysis and emissions monitoring in corrosive gas streams where cold spots must be completely eliminated. The CT5100-X1-C combines Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) technologies to provide fast, direct and highly selective measurement of multiple gas components simultaneously. It can house up to 6 lasers to measure up to 10 components in real time at temperatures up to 190 °C or 374 °F. The integrated SHS makes this a standalone gas analyzer, greatly reducing the installation complexity and cost.
