Rosemount™ CT5450 Continuous Gas Analyzer

A hybrid, laser-based solution designed for gas processing and emissions monitoring applications by combining Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) technologies.

Emerson’s Rosemount CT5450 Continuous Gas Analyzer is a hybrid, laser-based solution designed for gas processing and emissions monitoring applications. By combining Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) technologies, it analyzes gases across near and mid-infrared ranges using a unique intra-pulse spectroscopic method. This enables real-time detection of up to ten gases in one instrument, reducing cost of ownership, footprint, and operational complexity while delivering fast response and sub-part per million accuracy. The CT5450 now includes enhanced heat tracing to eliminate cold spots, ensuring reliable performance in demanding gas analysis applications.
