Patented 4-hole design enables accurate flow measurement in turbulent flow profiles
Innovative orifice plate requires only 2D upstream and 2D downstream to reduce pipe straight-run
Does not require impulse lines, special flanges or piping modifications for installation cost-saving
Offers direct-mount capability for ease of installation
Self-centering mechanisms ensure optimal accuracy and improve overall installation process
Available in larger line sizes up to 24 in. (600 mm) or custom line sizes for application flexibility

Rosemount™ 1496 Orifice Flange Union

Positions orifice plates appropriately for reliable flow and accurate measurement
Threaded tap connection does not require on-site drilling of flange taps for an easy-to-install solution
Supplied with all necessary hardware for straightforward installation
Available in line sizes up to 24 in. (600 mm) or custom line sizes
Adaptable flange union withstands high temperatures and pressures of up to ANSI Class 2500#
Meets ASME B16.36 and DIN 19214 part 1 specifications
