The Rosemount™ 3051S ERS™ (Electronic Remote Sensor) Level Measurement System uses two Rosemount 3051S transmitters connected by an electronic cable for synchronized differential pressure (DP) calculations, eliminating capillaries and impulse piping. This reduces temperature-induced errors, speeds up response times and improves process control. It simplifies installation, requiring no heat tracing or insulation, lowering costs and maintenance. The system provides key variables (Phigh, Plow and DP) for enhanced process safety and control. Utilizing a 2-wire, 4-20 mA HART® loop, it integrates easily into systems. The Rosemount 3051S TREX version uses two fill fluids for high and ambient temperatures, eliminating the need for heat tracing, further reducing installation and maintenance costs.
