MBA Leadership Program Details
Our MBA Leadership Development Program supports Emerson businesses across the world. MBA program employees have been located in Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Singapore, Switzerland, Madrid, and throughout the US.

Strategic Planning
Conduct in-depth competitive intelligence and market analysis of Emerson’s peers and competitors, identify strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities, and develop executive-level strategy presentations for Emerson's senior leadership and our Board of Directors.
Human Resources
Support the development and execution of our global people strategy by driving initiatives that enhance our employee experience, engage our workforce, support an inclusive work environment, attract top talent, and bolster our organization culture.
Information Technology
Drive innovation and business transformation. Participants rotate through key IT functions, gaining experience in areas such as product management, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology strategy. The program develops future leaders who can bridge business needs with technology-driven outcomes.
Marketing
Shape how customers experience and connect with our brand by driving innovative marketing strategies and supporting business growth. Participants gain exposure to areas such as brand management, digital marketing, customer insights, and commercial strategy.
Supply Chain
Lead and contribute to enterprise strategic initiatives focused on supply chain optimization, operational modernization, digital transformation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and emerging technologies that enhance business performance, efficiency, and innovation across Emerson.
Finance
Develop the analytical and strategic skills needed to influence key business decisions and drive strong financial performance. Through rotational assignments across business groups and executive exposure, program participants build the foundation to become future finance leaders.

What You Need To Know
- Recently completed or are working towards the completion of an MBA or Master’s degree in a Human Resources-related field
- You have 1-3 years relevant experience; 3-5 years preferred
- You have demonstrated leadership potential and you enjoy taking on complex and challenging problems
- You possess a curiosity to learn and build your network
- You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems
- You anticipate future trends and implications accurately
- You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, in small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels
Our full-time programs in the United States and in Europe are four years with two rotations. Our summer internship program is 10 weeks.
