Site Purpose
This site provides access to all publicly available European Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) links, including CBA PDF documents.
TA members may selectively share these resources with candidates based on the applicable country, legal entity, and job type. The site supports consistent and accurate use of CBAs across the recruitment process in alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which requires candidates to receive salary range information and any applicable CBA either in the job posting or prior to interview.
Country specific requirements determine when and how CBAs must be shared; this site serves as the central resource for selecting the appropriate agreement.
