This includes wall thickness metal loss data obtained from all your Rosemount Corrosion and Erosion Transmitters in real-time, remaining life of each device to help with retirement planning, unlimited historical data, and more. 

The Plantweb Insight Inline Corrosion Application provides continuous analysis of corrosion trends obtained from inside of the process to help you gain insights on fluid corrosivity. This includes real-time information on quick corrosivity changes in the process fluid, which helps to identify trends in the corrosion rates, fluid corrosivity levels, electrical resistance (ER) probe expected lifespan, battery status, and more. 

Both the Plantweb Insight Non-Intrusive Corrosion Application and the Plantweb Insight Inline Corrosion Application provide a user-friendly interface that displays already engineered values, including a unique heatmap and other easy to interpret charts and graphs for easy visualization to help you make the most informed decisions. Both applications can be viewed at your desk or anywhere within your network, allowing all end users to view outputs simultaneously.

These applications seamlessly integrate with existing plant infrastructure through OPC UA connectivity, Modus, as well as a REST API, allowing them to exchange data with DCS and process historians without requiring significant modifications to current monitoring architecture.
