Lined Valves

Emerson supplies a range of butterfly and sampling valves which have wetted parts lined with PTFE, TFM or PFA for resistance to corrosion in a multitude of applications in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, semiconductor (UPW), foundries and mining. The molding technique of applying PFA over a metal core achieves mechanical strength from the core and chemical resistance from the encapsulation. A dedicated reactor sampling valve enables samples to be taken from reactors or vessels containing poisoned, biological, corrosive or environmentally unfriendly media.
