Allan Solomon serves as Vice President of NI Sales EMEA for Emerson’s Test and Measurement Group. In this role, he leads sales strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, translating global priorities into regional growth plans and driving performance across all channels. His focus is on building high-performing teams, strengthening strategic customer relationships and accelerating growth in key industries including Aerospace and Defense, Transportation, Semiconductor and Industrial Automation.

Since joining NI in 2004, Allan has held senior sales leadership roles across the Americas and EMEA, leading large, multi-site organizations and driving commercial transformation initiatives. He has played a key role in restoring regional growth momentum, strengthening go-to-market alignment and evolving sales engagement toward system- and solution-oriented models. His leadership approach combines strategic clarity with operational discipline, aligning teams, structure and execution to deliver sustainable growth.

Allan holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Engineering Physics from The Ohio State University.
