This Vanessa Series 30,000 Triple Offset Valve configuration features a full metal construction, frictionless trim rotation, and torque seating. This, combined with innovative material selection and a dedicated manufacturing process, ensures outstanding isolation and control functions at high pressures in gaseous oxygen (GOX) applications.

  • Robust, fire-resistant, inherently antistatic all-metal construction.  
  • Burn-resistant Stellite® grade 21 seat overlay provides excellent durability.
  • Die formed packing rings, obtained from Sigraflex® unreinforced foil, are oxygen compatible and oxidation resistant.
  • Two-piece packing gland minimizes external emission risk.
  • Nitronic® 50 round solid seal ring (or copper beryllium alloy in case of Monel valve body) with molybdenum disulfide dry antifriction coating tested for oxygen compatibility.
  • Robust one-piece shaft is designed to transfer/maintain torque efficiently.
  • Key secured shaft-to-disc connection ensures maximum shaft integrity.
  • Handling of shaft extrusion risk in compliance with international standards.
  • Spot-faced flanges ensure maximum joint-to-pipe integrity.
  • Screw securing ring eliminates risk of in-pipe screw dispersion.
